The Dual Plug-In Hydraulic Valve Controller is a user programmable distributed electronic control. The machine designer can configure the electronic control for their agricultural equipment or construction machine application. Its sophisticated control algorithms allow for open or closed loop drive of the proportional outputs to actuate hydraulic solenoids. The control is designed to be mounted directly on the hydraulic valve with molded Deutsch IPD connectors and provides distributed control on the mobile machine. It is integrated into a CANopen or SAE J1939 network. All outputs and logical function blocks on the unit are inherently independent from one another, but can be programmed to interact in a number of ways. As an electrohydraulic component, it provides precise, repeatable electronic control of 2 proprotional or on/off hydraulic valves in response to CAN message. It is ruggedly packaged with IP67 protection.
