The 1 Universal Input, Dual Valve Controller is a highly programmable electronic valve controller. The machine designer can configure the electronic control for their vehicle application. Its sophisticated control algorithms allow for open or closed loop drive of the proportional outputs to actuate hydraulic solenoids. It can be operated as either a self-contained control system, driving the valves directly from the on-board inputs, and/or it can be integrated into a CAN J1939 or CANopen network of controllers. All I/O and logical function blocks on the unit are inherently independent from one another, but can be programmed to interact in a large number of ways. As an electrohydraulic component, it provides precise, repeatable electronic control of 2 proprotional or on/off hydraulic valves in response to CAN messages or one voltage, current, and/or other signal inputs from a joystick, switch or ECU in off-highway construction equipment, material handling machines and other vehicles. It is ruggedly packaged with IP67 protection.
