The Hydraulic Valve Controller is a highly programmable electronic control with 8 inputs and 5 outputs. The machine designer can configure it for their mobile application such as off-highway vehicles or on-road vehicles. Its sophisticated control algorithms allow for open or closed loop drive of the proportional outputs. It can be operated as either a self-contained control system, driving the outputs directly from the on-board inputs, and/or it can be integrated into a SAE J1939 or CANopen network of controllers. All I/O and logical function blocks on the electrohydraulic controller are inherently independent from one another, but can be programmed to interact in a large number of ways. The valve driver provides precise, repeatable electronic control of 5 proprotional or on/off hydraulic valves in response to CAN messages or up to 8 signal inputs from a joystick, switch or other command input in a construction machine. It is ruggedly packaged for installation in wet, humid and dusty environments.
